Our services include Nano Brows, Powder/Ombré Brows, Combination Brows, Brow Corrections, Lip Blush, and Permanent Makeup. Every brow design is customized to your facial features, including the shape, color, and style, so your results are uniquely yours. We specialize in helping clients with sparse, uneven, over-plucked, or difficult-to-shape brows, as well as clients who simply want to save time getting ready every morning. We also work with clients who have previous permanent makeup and may need a correction or refreshed look. Your comfort, safety, and satisfaction are extremely important to us. Services are performed in a clean, professional, and welcoming studio, with careful attention to detail throughout your consultation, brow mapping, color selection, and procedure. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation, Refund & Permanent Makeup Policy We value your time and ours. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee. No-shows may forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay a new deposit before booking another appointment. All deposits and booking fees are non-refundable and are applied toward the scheduled service unless otherwise required by applicable law. Due to the customized nature of permanent makeup services, all completed services are final and non-refundable. Permanent makeup is an artistic cosmetic procedure, and individual results cannot be guaranteed. Every client’s skin is different. Pigment color, retention, fading, healing, and final results vary from person to person based on factors including skin type and tone, natural undertones, age, lifestyle, aftercare, previous permanent makeup, and individual healing response. The color immediately after the procedure is not the final healed color and will change and soften throughout the healing process. Permanent makeup is generally a multi-session process. Some areas may heal lighter, unevenly, or lose pigment during healing. A perfecting/touch-up session may be recommended to reinforce pigment, make adjustments, and achieve the desired result. Additional sessions beyond the initial procedure are not automatically included unless specifically stated at booking. By booking an appointment, the client acknowledges and agrees to these policies and understands that personal preference regarding healed color, shape, pigment retention, or the normal healing process does not by itself guarantee eligibility for a refund.
